My role and responsibilty
UI & UX Designer - Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframes , low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usabilty studies, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, detemining information architecture, and responsive design.
The goal
Create an app that will improve the probability that job candidates will be recruited or will receive the necessary skill upgrades and opportunities to succeed.
Problem
Users would be open and willing to upskill and find a career that best matches them, according to input from the research, and if they had access to an easy-to-use guide, it might help them discover their profession and help them plan their future.

Initial research summary
I used data gathered from the internet to develop questions, which were then used to conduct user interviews. Most interview participants reported feeling badly about not getting jobs which promises their future or help them move to the next stage.
"How might we create a reliable solution that helps candidates find ideal jobs and also suggests proper courses to upskill and get superior jobs."
Solution
The secret is to educate people through service that is information-focused.
"Job Search here assists job seekers in finding perfect jobs and also recommends the best courses to advance their skills and obtain better positions."

User Research
The Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy's monthly time series data revealed that the overall unemployment rate in India is 7.6 per cent in March 2022. The major causes of unemployment in India is Lack of vocational skills.

A user's profile can be edited, and he can interact socially with recruiters and job searchers.
Accessibility considerations
Clear labelling for interactive components that screen readers can read.
The initial focus on personalised recommendations for all the screens—especially the home screen and search page—helps to clarify the user's primary task and course of action.
What i learned
Going through each step in the process, i learnt that this has helped me to comeup with equitable and useful solution to the users.
Users have access to not just job-related information but also guidance on how to upskill themselves and become fit for any careers.
